Lluís Alsina Álvarez

Lluís Alsina Álvarez is CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of MoraBanc, member of the boards of directors of the Boreal Capital Management subsidiaries in Miami and Zurich and member and chairman of the board of directors of Mora Wealth Management España AV, SAU.

Mr Alsina joined MoraBanc in 2014 as director of strategy to lead the institution’s digital transformation and strategic transformation and growth plan. In 2018, he was appointed CEO to lead the second strategic plan, which in 2020 delivered the fourth consecutive year of profit growth.

Before joining MoraBanc, Lluís Alsina began his career in the field of consulting at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. He has experience in the communication and marketing sector as CEO of In-Store Media.

Mr Alsina holds a degree in Superior Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, a master’s degree in Economics and Business Management from IESE, a CEFA certificate and the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) from Harvard Business School.
