Raluca Alexandru is an Executive Vice President overseeing a portfolio of ultra high net worth families from South East Europe that she developed over the span of more than 14 years in USA and Europe.

She is responsible for portfolio management and asset allocation, advises her clients in capital markets as well as in private placements and assists them with cross border structuring and family office services.

She has extensive experience in capital markets when she started in 2005 with Goldman Sachs in private client service in NYC and Chicago servicing Forbes 400 families in America. With that knowledge and a desire to advise families in south east Europe she moved to Switzerland in 2008 and ever since represented HSBC Private Bank and Union Bancaire Privee in Central and Eastern Europe.

She became an independent adviser for her portfolio of clients in 2017 and now represents their investment interests in top tier banks in banking centers in Zurich, Geneva, NY, Miami and Monaco. Raluca is a mother of two girls and is dedicating her free time to women advancement in business, having been fortunate to learn from best in class during her volunteering years with Chicago Foundation for Women. She is a member of Swiss MBA Association since 2008 and an active supporter of women’s role in finance, steering various committees meant to enhance the footprint women make in business.

She has been awarded a Master of Business Administration from Ross School of Business at the University of Ann Arbor, Michigan USA and an undergraduate degree from University of Iasi, Romania in International Relations.
